Every trade on InStockRx — including trades within a Trading Partner Group — generates T3 documentation (Transaction Information, Transaction History, Transaction Statement) per trade. The T3 is produced on the InStockRx side for each trade. Pharmacies remain responsible for their own record-keeping as required by law.
