Promotion terms

*Offer available to verified pharmacies that have not previously completed an InStockRx marketplace purchase and that complete registration and their first three qualifying purchases on or before December 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

A qualifying purchase is an order that is placed, paid, completed, and not canceled, returned, or refunded. Canceled, returned, or refunded orders do not qualify and may result in reversal of any associated promotional payment. Purchases involving products purchased for, or reasonably expected to be billed to, a federal or state health care program are not qualifying purchases for purposes of the cash-back promotion.

Cash-back payments are made via ACH to the pharmacy’s linked, verified bank account after each qualifying purchase is completed. Sellers are paid following confirmation of delivery in accordance with InStockRx’s applicable marketplace terms.

Free shipping applies to eligible marketplace purchases completed during the promotion period. No minimum order is required.

Limit one promotional offer per eligible pharmacy. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for any alternative benefit. Participating pharmacies are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with applicable laws and their own organizational and payer requirements.

InStockRx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or to disqualify transactions or participants in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or failure to satisfy the promotion terms. Void where prohibited.
