Buyer Disclosure for Hospital Sellers

InStockRx shows the following disclosure to buyers on listings offered by a verified hospital or health system seller:
Verified Hospital / Health System Seller — This seller operates under applicable hospital and/or pharmacy licensing authority and does not hold a separate state wholesale distributor license.
Hospitals, health systems and hospital pharmacies operate under hospital and pharmacy licensing authority. They are not required to hold a separate state wholesale distributor license, so the absence of one is not a gap in the seller's standing.
The disclosure is shown only for sellers InStockRx has approved through the Hospital / Health System onboarding process. Under section 5 of the InStockRx Hospital & Health System Certification, InStockRx is authorized to verify hospital, pharmacy, licensing and regulatory status and to request supporting documentation.
This disclosure is versioned separately from the Certification and is not part of the statements a hospital applicant accepts.
